Cucurbita maxima
An Australian heirloom. This pumpkin is drum shape, silvery bluish-grey in colour, with deep ribbing.
Pumpkins are large growing to 5kg. Flesh is deep orange and quite sweet. Good steamed, roasted, pureed, or used to make desserts.
