This luscious saladette variety represents the sweet-tart fruitiness and colour of one of France's most beloved heirlooms. The flavour of Jaune Flamme and Peron (the parents of Perfect Flame) is intensified in it's rich orange fruit. Early to yield and bearing plenty of meaty, orange fruits with lots of flavour Perfect Flame has very few fruit blemishes. Average fruit weight is around 100-125g.
