Its not hard to see why these are often called 'Bunny Tails'.  The fluffy soft seed heads are an excellent way to add texture into your flower arrangements.

Quantity:  

Harvest just before seed heads shed their pollen and are still light-green in colour.  Seed heads harvested once they have shed pollen tend to shatter.

Sow multiple times as its easiest to harvest as a whole plant rather than individual stems.  Prefers hot and dry conditions.
